The Beach in Watercolor

Jennifer purposely distorted distant colors in this piece to depict the effects on our memories over time.  While preserving accurate detail in the foreground, she created a dystopian vastness of the ocean and sky to depict a dreamlike decay of color in our reflection of places we have visited that we attempt to recreate in our mind.
